How to view recent itemised usage: My Account

My Account provides you with a detailed view of all calls and messages to local, mobile, national, international, 13/1300 and premium numbers. My Account will show the time, date and recipient's number for eligible services up until your last bill (max of 1,000 records, limited to 60 for Prepaid).

Just follow the steps below:

Select your plan from the list below:

View your Shared Data Pool usage: My Plan / My Plan Plus / Cap Plan

  1. Log in with your My Account username, not your phone number
  2. Follow steps A & B as shown in the image below

  1. Select the service you want to view and follow steps A & B as shown in the image below. Your recent activity (calls, messages etc.) is displayed in the 'Usage Details' tab. The example below shows recent usage for a billed Fixed service. Postpaid service usage will be presented in a similar manner. Prepaid services have additional, expandable sections that show the usage partitions that have been applied / used

View recent itemised usage: All Other Plans

  1. Log in with your My Account username, not your phone number
  2. Follow steps A & B as shown in the image below

  1. Select one of your services to expand and see it's options, then click the 'Usage details' tab

  1. In the 'Usage details' tab, your recent usage (calls, messages etc.) is displayed. The example below shows recent usage for a billed Mobile service. Prepaid services have additional, expandable sections that show the usage partitions that have been applied / used. Fixed Phone usage is presented in a similar manner to a Postpaid Mobile service.

How do I request an itemisation record?

What is itemised?

Only previously summarised outgoing calls / messages can be itemised. These can include local, metered, 13/1300 calls and national SMS records. Itemised details of any calls / messages include the time, date and the recipient's number. The duration of the call is also included.

Not everything can be itemised, the list below indicates usage that cannot be itemised:

  • Usage that is yet to be billed
  • Usage that is already itemised on a standard bill
  • Calls and messages received
  • Usage of free call 1800 numbers

Important information

Unbilled usage records in My Account are a guide only and do not represent an invoice and should not be used for taxation purposes.
