How to view recent itemised usage: My Account
My Account provides you with a detailed view of all calls and messages to local, mobile, national, international, 13/1300 and premium numbers. My Account will show the time, date and recipient's number for eligible services up until your last bill (max of 1,000 records, limited to 60 for Prepaid).

How do I request an itemisation record?
Just check out this article. If you're from a law enforcement agency please contact the Optus Law Enforcement Liaison Unit for itemisation requests.
What is itemised?
Only previously summarised outgoing calls / messages can be itemised. These can include local, metered, 13/1300 calls and national SMS records. Itemised details of any calls / messages include the time, date and the recipient's number. The duration of the call is also included.
Not everything can be itemised, the list below indicates usage that cannot be itemised:
- Usage that is yet to be billed
- Usage that is already itemised on a standard bill
- Calls and messages received
- Usage of free call 1800 numbers
Unbilled usage records in My Account are a guide only and do not represent an invoice and should not be used for taxation purposes.
