How to View or Request Itemised Usage
Please note. We're no longer offering itemised paper bills.
My Account however, provides you with a detailed view of all calls and messages to local, mobile, national, international, 13/1300 and premium numbers. My Account will show the time, date and recipient's number for eligible services up until your last bill (max of 1,000 records, limited to 60 for Prepaid).
Important! Unbilled usage records in My Account are a guide only and do not represent an invoice and should not be used for taxation purposes.
If you’re not able to see itemised usage records in My Account, please contact us so that we can activate this for you.
To view your Shared Data Pool usage for My Plan / My Plan Plus / Cap Plan and all other plans, log into My Account.
