Internet & Email: Username & Password Help
Account Holders can view, add or remove Fixed Broadband & Mobile Broadband OptusNet usernames / email accounts or change their corresponding passwords using My Account. If you can't remember your My Account login details, see this article first.
Note: You cannot edit a Primary account's username, you can however, reset its password in My Account.
Important! If you've received a notification about a system upgrade, or if your account number is 11 digits long and starts with 62, please contact us to view your username or reset your password. Otherwise, please follow the instructions outlined below.
