How to Switch Paper Bills On or Off
You can request to turn paper bills on or off via My Account or Member Services. If you’re not sure what to use, you can check your eligibility.

Need to register for My Account or Members Services? Just follow the links below:
My Account

Log into My Account

Click on the Dashboard tab

Make sure the correct account is selected (if multiple accounts)
To switch between accounts, click on the page icon under Request payment extension -
Scroll down to see Your Bills and click View Details

Navigate to Current Bill Settings (on the right hand side) and click Edit delivery method

Select Online and click change your notification settings to set a preference for email or SMS bill notifications

Click Save to confirm

Log into My Account
-
Click on the Dashboard tab

Make sure the correct account is selected (if multiple accounts)
To switch between accounts, click on the page icon under Request payment extension -
Scroll down to see Your Bills and click View Details

Navigate to Current Bill Settings (on the right hand side) and click Edit delivery method

Select Paper and check the billing address is correct. Click update your details to make changes

Click Save to confirm

Note: There is a $2.20 paper invoice fee if you choose to have paper bills.

Log into Member Services
-
Click My Bills
-
Click the button "Change to Online Bill"

Log into Member Services

Click My Bills
-
Click the button "Change to Paper Bill"
