If you change your plan or upgrade during your contract term, a fee may apply. Any repayments you have for your phone will remain the same. Don't worry, we'll let you know before you commit to any change.

Yes, you can change plans or upgrade without incurring a fee. You can do this as long as your bills are up to date and you haven't already changed plans this month.

A. It all depends on whether you're on a Mobile or Mobile Broadband plan...
If you're moving between any Prepaid plans, you'll keep any MyCredit balance, but lost all other credit, minutes, SMS, MMS data or bonuses. The best time to change your plan is when you're out of credit, when your credit is expired or due to expire.

Unfortunately, you'll lose any bonus credits. To avoid this, we recommend using all your bonus credits before changing to a different Prepaid plan.
