Call 1509 from your Optus Prepaid Mobile and follow the prompts. This free service is available 24/7. A confirmation text message is sent to you once your plan has been changed.
Via My Account
1. Login to My Account
2. Click 'My Services'
3. From the menu on the left: Select your Prepaid mobile number
4. In the 'My Usage' tab: Click 'Change my PrePaid Offer/Plan'
5. Select the Prepaid plan you want to switch to
6. Read and check the box if you agree to the Terms & Conditions
7. Select 'Submit'
