Optus Zoo has closed

Unfortunately we've closed our Optus Zoo website, mobile site and Optus Now app. This means that all Optus Zoo content services such as music, pics, games and Ebooks will no longer be available.

If you need self service sites like My Account, Webmail, Prepaid Recharge, Member Services or Mobile Self Care, you’ll now find them all at optus.com.au.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If you’d like more information we’ve put together some FAQs below, you can ask us on the Community and we’re also here to help on 1300 720 097 (Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm AEDST).
