Choose your shiny new PHONE

Choose a mobile on our My Plan page (use the My SIM page if you’re keeping your current phone).


Confirm you’re upgrading from PREPAID to a PLAN

Select 'I am an existing Optus customer' then choose 'Upgrade my Prepaid to a plan'.


Choose your PLAN and UPGRADE!

Choose a plan that works for you, click "upgrade" and follow the instructions.

Just as a heads up, unused prepaid credits will be lost when you move your Optus Prepaid number to an Optus Postpaid service.
