Coverage: With 3G devices, you can access our 3G (UMTS 2100 MHz / 900 MHz) network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you can access our 3G network plus some or all of our 4G Plus network. Our 4G Plus network uses multiple frequencies (LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 MHz) to provide coverage. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Check coverage at optus.com.au/coverage based on your address and device.
Compatibility: If you bring your own device, make sure it's not locked to other networks and is compatible with the Optus Network. Refer to your device user guide for specifications.
MUSIC STREAMING DATA FREE
Available until 28/01/18 on Prepaid Daily Maximiser and until 16/07/17 on My Prepaid Ultimate. Streaming services subject to change at any time. Song downloads, data tethering, video content, non-music content such as album art, ads, authentication & app analytics are excluded and will incur data charges. Streaming services may require paid subscription fees & may not have apps available on all mobile operating systems. For daily plans streaming will trigger a day's usage. You must have a positive MyCredit or data balance to access data free music streaming. Add Ons will not extend your recharge expiry or use of data free music streaming. Recharge vouchers: Must be redeemed by the offer end date in order to receive the offer.
MY PREPAID ULTIMATE
Extras Credit: Can be used for premium services, standard international calls and messages from within Australia, and standard calls, SMS and data while roaming overseas. Credit used while roaming cannot be used for MMS, and will be charged at standard rates which can be found at optus.com.au/travel. Optus makes no guarantee regarding the quality and availability of coverage or any roaming services. Expires in 28 days or on next recharge, whichever is earlier. MyData Rollover: Unused included MyData will roll over to next recharge as MyData Rollover if you recharge before credit expires. MyData Rollover is limited to 15GB. If you accrue over 15GB of MyData Rollover you will forfeit any data over that limit. MyData Rollover will be used after any MyData you have on your current recharge. Unlimited Standard International Calls: Available with $40+ recharges on My Prepaid Ultimate. Excludes premium/special/satellite/overseas toll-free numbers and video calls. International destinations are mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, UK, & USA. International Calls Offer: From 20/01/17 to 02/07/17, $40 recharges will also include unlimited standard calls to Canada, France, Germany, Ireland and Sweden. $50+ recharges will include unlimited standard calls to all the destinations listed above as well as to Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam and Mongolia. MY PREPAID LONG EXPIRY
$10 and $20 recharge offer: Customers who recharge $10 and $20 on My Prepaid Long Expiry by 28/01/18 will get 45 and 90 days expiry respectively. $10 recharge value is not available after 28/01/18. $20 recharges made after 28/01/18 will have 14 days expiry. MyCredit Rollover: Unused MyCredit will rollover to the next recharge up to $500 if you recharge before your credit expires. You will lose all your MyCredit if you don't recharge before credit expiry. If you recharge over $500 you will forfeit any MyCredit over that limit. PREPAID DAILY MAXIMISER
1GB Data Offer: From 05/06/17 to 05/10/17, the included data in the $2 Daily Level will be 1GB (500MB + 524MB bonus data). From 06/10/17 included data will be 500MB.
The $2 Daily Level is charged on the first outbound standard national call, SMS, MMS, Voicemail, music streaming or data use each day. Some phones are set to seek data automatically, and this will cause the first Daily Level to be charged. Please check your phone settings. If you use more than the included data in the $2 Daily Level, for a further $2 Daily Level charge, we'll auto charge you another 512MB data (total of 1.5GB/$4) [after 06/10/17 the auto charge amount will be 524MB data (total of 1GB/$4)] to use in the day. Roaming and non-standard calls and usage will be charged at different rates from your MyCredit. International usage will be charged at different rates from your International Credit (on $30+ recharges) followed by your MyCredit. International Credit Offer: From 05/06/17 to 05/10/17, if you recharge with $30 or over, you will receive an amount equal to 10% of your recharge which can be used for standard international calls and messages.
