If the mobile service is cancelled the Yes TV by Fetch Mini service will also be cancelled and you must return the Yes TV by Fetch Mini device to Optus within the allocated time or you will be charged $150 for the equipment and associated costs to Optus.
There are no cancellations fees for the Yes TV by Fetch Mini subscription. If you cancel your Yes TV by Fetch Mini service and do not return the device within the allocated time you will be charged for $150 for the equipment and associated costs to Optus.
Any purchased content such as Movie and TV store content will be charged to the Optus post-paid mobile bill that is associated with the Yes TV by Fetch Mini subscription.
Yes TV by Fetch Mini cannot tether data from a mobile device which means you cannot use your mobile data to watch content from the Yes TV by Fetch Mini.
Buying content gives you a non-transferable right to use that content, provided you maintain your service.
If you cancel your subscription to the Yes TV by Fetch Mini you will lose access to any purchased TV or Movie content.
Premier League or Yes TV by Fetch Entertainment subscription packs are not included.
Actual download speed and in house Wi-Fi performance can be affected by factors such as your equipment and LAN performance, settings, hardware, software, internet activity, location of content accessed and network congestion.
Wi-Fi connection may not be as fast or reliable as a wired device, and in some instances PLA power line adaptor devices may be required in place of Wi-Fi to effectively deliver the service.
Yes TV by Fetch mini cannot be used for any commercial business purposes.
Yes TV by Fetch eligibility & equipment: You need an Optus postpaid mobile or fixed broadband account, an active fixed broadband internet connection and a download speed of at least 3Mbps, and access to free to air digital television services. You will need a Powerline Adaptor if your TV is not near your broadband modem or you do not have the WiFi enabled Yes TV by Fetch Mighty device; you can purchase an adaptor from us for $40.00 if purchased at the same time as your Fetch order. If purchased separately it will incur an additional $15.50 delivery fee.

A WiFi connection may not be as fast or reliable as a wired device, and in some instances PLA devices may be required instead of WiFi to effectively deliver the service. Please note the Yes TV by Fetch Mighty pack we send you doesn’t include any PLA.
Yes TV by Fetch set top box: Optus owns the set top box, and you must return it following cancellation of the service. Fees apply for late return or damage to the set top box. You may only use the recording functionality of the service for viewing programmes at your nominated home address at a more convenient time.
Premier League: 2016/17 EPL subscription included on eligible mobile plans from $30 (Min Cost over 12 months $360) and on broadband bundles from $110 (Min Cost $2,640 over 24 months) From 31/7/17 EPL is $15/mth. Cancel EPL subscription anytime without charge.

Subscription to TV packs and Channel packs are for a minimum of one calendar month and will be renewed on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. You will be charged a monthly access fee for as long as your subscription is in place.
Data usage: If you connect your Yes TV by Fetch set-top box to an Optus Home Broadband service, data usage generated by Netflix, Stan, purchase and/or download of content will be zero-rated.
Other data usage such as downloads and uploads associated with software updates, applications, games or the downloading of content via Free-To-Air catch up services, YouTube and Stan will not be zero-rated. This may result in your broadband service being throttled if you are very close to your data limit.
If you connect your Yes TV by Fetch set-top box to any other broadband service apart from an Optus fixed broadband service, all data usage will be charged and those charges will depend on your broadband service provider and plan.
