The butterfly effect is a concept which suggests that when a butterfly flaps its wing, it can eventually cause an earthquake. Small causes can have large effects. Like when Taylor Swift even sneezes, speculation spreads like wildfire.

Swifties are like private investigators. It doesn’t take much from Tay Tay to cause a stampede of detectives to spring into action. And that’s what’s been happening as the first three singles from Swift’s upcoming release ‘Reputation’ trickled into our lives.

The whisper which resonates the loudest about Taylor’s fifth studio album, which lands on Friday November 10, is that our ears could be treated to a track featuring Game of Thrones sideshow and Folk pop superstar Ed Sheeran, and possibly even silky-smooth, hip hop extraordinaire, Future.

The video for ‘Ready For It’ - a sassy electro dance banger - features a series of Chinese symbols scattered around the dystopian underground world which Taylor struts through and, of course, the Swiftie PIs were straight on the case.

When you think about the best collabs of 2017, the mind springs to Chance the Rapper and Rihanna, DJ Khaled and his star-studded crew, and maybe a few other contenders - but a genuine player could be about to drop if the gossip about this power trio is true. Those Swifties rarely get it wrong..
