Hi Beck, I See Your New Film Clip has Dogs. Good Stuff!

Beck just dropped a new film clip and it’s full of hecking floofy doggos.

Described as “A euphoric blast of experimental pop” (Rolling Stone) and “The highlight of the whole record” (Paste), Fix Me is the closer to Colors, Beck’s 13th album.

Shot in the hills of Yamagata in Japan, the clip plays like an Instgram feed. That’s because the stars of the clip, Mame and her dogs Riku, Gaku and Qoo are Insta famous (@tamanegi.qoo.riku).

The multi-instrumentalist and singer songwriter croons over still and moving images of Mame hanging with her dogs in an idyllic, soft focus country homestead full of whimsy, curiosity and joy. Which is exactly what you will be filled with after watching the clip. Beck has teamed up with ASPCA® for the video, so you’re helping by watching.

Closer to home, Beck will tour New South Wales and Victoria in February. Watch the full clip below and check out tour dates here.
