At Optus we’re proud of our mobile network coverage, that’s why we’re happy to offer you this guarantee. In the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied with our coverage you can simply switch back. No questions asked. Call us on 1300 667 475 within 30 days of connection and you won’t pay any Optus cancellation fees – you only pay for what you use.

Coverage Satisfaction Guarantee (CSG): To be eligible for CSG you must return all equipment in full working order with original packaging (including your Optus SIM Card) to the place of purchase within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the monthly access fee and any calls/data you have made during your time connected to Optus. You must produce proof of purchase to receive a refund. Any unused credit on your account will be forfeited. Available to new customers connecting to the Open Network. Customers on Strathfield plans, corporate plans or recontracting are ineligible. Customers are only eligible to take advantage of the CSG once during the promotion. The CSG offer may expire or be withdrawn at any time. Customers with Satellite Services or the Optus Thuraya Satellite Service are excluded from the Customer Service Guarantee.
