To manage your Optus 3G Home Zone Device you will require a Optus My Account Login which is linked to your mobile service (the one which the Home Zone is attached to!).

Step 1: Login to my account

Ok, now assuming you’ve logged into your Optus My Account you can:

  • Add or remove contacts from your Access list
  • Update your address (This is very important if you plan to move your Optus 3G Home Zone as the device will only work at the nominated address)
  • Personalise your Optus 3G Home Zone device name

Step 2: Editing the setting of your Optus 3G Home Zone

You can edit settings such as service “Name”, “Location” and the “User List” of Optus or Virgin mobile numbers. Choose the service you want to manage by clicking on its “Name” column, or on the “Manage” button for that service in the ‘I want to’ Column.

 

Step 3: Editing specific settings of your Optus 3G Home Zone Service

You can edit specific settings of your Optus 3G Home Zone, by selecting the “Choose another” dropdown menu. By clicking the “Edit” button for each setting – Name, Location or User List – Opens a dialog box where you can make your changes.
