To locate your account number:
Postpaid: Dial 1501 from your mobile
Prepaid: You do not need an account number
Home Phone: Dial 132 926 and select account balance (your account number will be read out to you)
Choose permanent username and password
Choose a username and password you can remember, or use an existing username.
Security questions and answers
Setup 2 questions that only you have the answer to. This will ensure your account is secure when you need a password reset - answers are case sensitive
