What is the difference between a 1300 and 1800 inbound service?
With the Optus 1300 number service, customers can call your business from a fixed line for the cost of a local call from anywhere in Australia. With an Optus 1800 number service customers can call you at no charge from a fixed line anywhere in Australia.
If your customers call your 1300 number or 1800 number from their mobile, the normal mobile call rates apply.

Total Access Service (TAS): Prices are including GST, unless otherwise stated. Available to eligible credit approved Optus Small and Medium Business customers, as defined by Optus. The offer applies to NEW contracts on National Total Access Service Standard Package for 1300 and 1800 numbers with a contract period of minimum 12 months.
The offer does NOT apply to: TAS 13 numbers, TAS Advanced Package, International TAS Package and existing or recontracted TAS services. The TAS offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount (e.g. toll plan) or special pricing request unless otherwise stated. The cancellation fee is equal to the monthly TAS access fee, applicable at the moment of cancellation, multiplied by the remaining months of your contract term.
