Who is eligible for the Optus Business Builder™ discount?


Customers who connected to an eligible plan between 5 September 2016 and 22 October 2017.

Can I apply this discount to my existing Business service?


No. The discount will only apply to the plan fees of new or recontracted eligible Business services that have been added to your account.

When will I start getting the discount?


The discount will be applied as a credit from your second bill onwards. It will be shown as "Multiservice Credit Optus Business Builder Discount™" in the Payments and Adjustments section.

Is the discount available for Fleet Business customers?


Yes. You’ll need to connect or upgrade to an eligible Business plan (excluding Tech Fund plans).

Can the discount be applied to my Tech Fund?


No. The discount applies only to plan fees and cannot be used towards your Tech Fund account.

Is the discount available for non-Business mobile services, such as My Plan Plus?


No. Optus Business Builder™ only applies to plan fees on eligible Business plans.



Available to new and existing customers who sign up to, or recontract, two or more new My Plan Business (excluding Tech Fund), My Plan Business SIM or Mobile Broadband Business plans in market from between 5 September 2016 and 22 October 2017. Eligible services must be added under one account. Discount will appear from the second bill after activation of each eligible service. Discount is dependent on the eligible number of services and the plan access fee the customer has on the bill cycle processing date. Discount will be forfeited or reduced if services are cancelled or removed from account. Once discount has been applied for a period of 24 months, Optus has the right to remove the discount without notice. Discount is not available on plans that were activated prior to 5 September 2016 or after 22 October 2017. Not available in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.
