Your bill will show a $10 charge for this and corresponding credit. Mobile TV streaming activated up to 4 days after you receive your handset.
Optus Sport: Personal viewing in Australia only. Content and features vary by device and sport. Sport coverage is available as long as you remain on an eligible plan and Optus has the rights. Optus Sport is a month-to-month subscription, which will continue until you cancel your subscription or you move to an ineligible plan. Where your plan includes Optus Sport at no additional cost, your bill will show a $15 charge and corresponding credit.
Yes TV by Fetch Mini: Requires an active fixed broadband Internet connection and a download speed of at least 3Mbps, a widescreen TV and an external antenna connection. Data charges will apply from your internet service provider if you’re not using Optus fixed broadband. Any purchased content such as Movie and TV store content will be charged to the Optus postpaid mobile bill that is associated with the Yes TV by Fetch Mini subscription. Yes TV by Fetch Mini cannot tether data from a mobile device which means you cannot use your mobile data to watch content from the Yes TV by Fetch Mini. Yes TV by Fetch mini cannot be used for any commercial business purposes. If mobile service is cancelled Yes TV by Fetch Mini service will also be cancelled. If the Yes TV by Fetch Mini service is cancelled you must return the device to Optus or charges will apply.
Yes TV by Fetch Mobi app: Yes TV by Fetch Mobi app only available for use within Australia to selected new and recontracting Optus mobile customers (purchased via online only). Mobile and Home Broadband data charges will apply unless you are subscribed to Mobile TV streaming package or have an Optus Home Broadband Unlimited Data plan. You must subscribe to a Yes TV by Fetch Ultimate pack to access content. Available to download on compatible smartphones and tablets with an eligible operating system (not available via PC & Mac). Video content quality may vary according to 3G/4G and Wi-Fi bandwidth. From 1 OCT 2017 the price reverts back to $20 per month.
Coverage: The Optus 4G Plus network is available in all capital cities and hundreds of metro, regional and holiday towns with a compatible device and plan. Coverage varies by device. Check at optus.com.au/coverage.
No Plan Cancellation Fees: Excludes My Plan Business (Tech Fund) plans. Your phone repayments are reduced by a monthly credit. If you need to cancel your plan there are no plan cancellation fees, simply pay out the full remaining cost of your phone which will include any amount that Optus was going to cover.
New Phone Trade Up: Not available on My Plan Business (Tech Fund) plans. After 12 months you can pay a one-off fee of $99, return your current device in good working order to a Yes Optus store and buy a new device on a new 24-month plan. Alternatively if you wish to keep your original device simply pay out the full remaining cost of your device including any amount that Optus was going to cover, then upgrade to a new device on a new 24-month plan. International Roaming Inclusions: $105 and $130 and $160 My Plan Business give you unlimited standard national and international talk, SMS (excludes MMS) and an included amount of data to use in Zone 1 country per month. For list of countries see optus.com.au/biztravel. If you exceed your included data allowance then standard PAYG data roaming charges will apply. Any unused included data for the month is forfeited and cannot be rolled over to the next billing month. For $105 and $130 and $160 My Plan Business, International Roaming will be switched on automatically when you activate your plan.

$160 My Plan Business and Optus Business Builder discount: Limit of 6 services applies on an account which has a $160 My Plan Business service. Maximum discount of 15% applies with Optus Business Builder.
Data Pool: If you have more than one My Plan Plus (including SIM Only), My Plan Business (including SIM Only & Tech Fund), My Mobile Broadband Plus or Mobile Broadband Business plan on the same billing account, the included monthly data allowance will combine into one data pool, which will be shared by all eligible services on that account. This data can also be shared with any existing Share Data Plan. Any unused data in the data pool expires at the end of each billing month.
Additional Data: Additional data automatically charged at $10/1GB. If you use more than 150GB on a single billing account we may continue to charge you at the same rates or restrict your data use until next billing period.

Usage Alerts: Usage alerts are not real-time and delays of up to 48 hours may be experienced.
My Account: Services that share data may have a service login to My Account which will display all service numbers contributing or using the shared data pool on the account, and the amount each service has used. If you have more than 6 services on your account you may not be able to use My Account to monitor usage or add/change alerts.
Coverage: With 3G devices, you can access our 3G (UMTS 2100 MHz / 900 MHz) network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you can access our 3G network plus some or all of our 4G Plus network. Our 4G Plus network uses multiple frequencies (LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 MHz) to provide coverage. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Check coverage at optus.com.au/coverage based on your address and device.
Premium Support: Excludes Optus DSL, Mobile Broadband and Fleet mobile services. Available when you either bundle your mobile and consumer–grade broadband and office line service or when you sign up to a $130 My Plan Business plan and over (minimum total cost over 24 months is $3000) or when you have 3 or more mobile and or fixed services on the one account with an ABN or ACN. My Business Fast Lane: Available to customers who sign up or recontract between one and two 24 month My Plan Business (excluding Tech Fund) mobile services from 6 June 2016 on one account with a valid ABN/ACN. You must enter your eligible mobile number to receive fast tracking in the phone queue when you call customer service on 133 937. My Business Fast Lane is separate from Premium Support and excludes Fleet mobile services.
