ThinkSpace is a process of collaborative creative thinking that takes a people-centred approach to business planning and problem solving. You and your team will be guided to co-create solutions, as well as the plans to put them into action.

Your workshop will be designed to address your unique set of challenges. You’ll get insights and inspiration to unlock creative thinking, while ThinkSpace tools simplify collaboration, with the aim of aligning stakeholders towards a shared goal. You’ll leave your ThinkSpace workshop with an actionable plan for validated ideas, plus prioritisation and clear next steps. Workshops are typically sponsored by senior executives who are driving step changes, innovation and strategy planning within their organisations.

The Future Transport Youth Summit NSW

ThinkSpace facilitated multiple workshops for TfNSW to engage youth to validate and ideate requirements for the future transport needs in NSW. Leveraging ThinkSpace, TfNSW invited 120 students aged 18-23 from TAFEs and Universities across NSW to come up with their ideal future transport solutions. The outcomes from the workshop were three shortlisted ideas that TfNSW has implemented in their Future Transport Program.

In addition to helping TfNSW to engage and co-recreate with the youth, ThinkSpace facilitated the education of the youth, who participated, in using a human-centred approach to drive innovation.

“The value and quality of the day was comparable to the hundreds of thousands of dollars that TfNSW had spent with traditional consulting firms.” - Tim Reardon, Secretary, Transport for NSW

“How can we partner on more sessions like this – how might we work with Optus to tackle some of the challenges and solutions identified through the youth summit – for example, using data?” - Jacinta Hargan, Director Future Transport Program
