ThinkSpace is a process of collaborative creative thinking that takes a people-centred approach to business planning and problem solving. You and your team will be guided to co-create solutions, as well as the plans to put them into action.

Your workshop will be designed to address your unique set of challenges. You’ll get insights and inspiration to unlock creative thinking, while ThinkSpace tools simplify collaboration, with the aim of aligning stakeholders towards a shared goal. You’ll leave your ThinkSpace workshop with an actionable plan for validated ideas, plus prioritisation and clear next steps. Workshops are typically sponsored by senior executives who are driving step changes, innovation and strategy planning within their organisations.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

Aaron Tam

Manager Think Space, Business Technology & Solutions

Aaron joined Optus in Feb 2005 and has held various roles in business transformation, strategy, process improvement and marketing and is currently the manager of ThinkSpace. Prior to Optus, Aaron had 10 years’ experience in presales, consulting and program management in Australia and Hong Kong.

Aaron is passionate about helping others to realise their full potential. He believes in cross-functional collaboration and takes an all-round approach to driving sustainable change within organisations. In 2013, Aaron took the opportunity to apply his learning in consulting, design thinking, lean business model and strategic planning to create ThinkSpace – a facilitated creative thinking process and environment where organisations can innovate, co-create and problem solve. He has since designed and facilitated more than 200 client workshops.

Aaron holds a Masters of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of IT from the Queensland University of Technology.

Pip Nagy

ThinkSpace Executive, Business Technology & Solutions

Pip is an executive within the ThinkSpace team at Optus. She is passionate about helping customers solve real business problems in a human centric way. She applies design thinking, open innovation and lean business models to identify, ideate and implement innovative solutions.

Pip has over 15 years’ experience in leading teams in brand and business strategy, marketing communications, innovation, customer experience and project management. Pip is passionate about unlocking insights and challenging established thinking in order to create a sustainable advantage.

Pip holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business from the University Of Technology, Sydney.
