THE NITTY GRITTY.
General: Minimum Total Cost over 24 months includes payment by direct debit. Installation fees may apply if you request a technician installation where a self-install option is available. If you change plans during your contract term, an Early Recontract Fee of $80 applies and you must start a new 24 month contract. Plan pricing will differ if your service is connected outside of Optus network areas. Unlimited Calls to standard national numbers excludes special numbers such as 13/1300 numbers, premium numbers (e.g. 1900 numbers), 1234, 12456 and calls to satellite numbers.
Limited time offer: Businesses who provide an ABN when connecting on the $95 Big Office bundle will not be charged the $125 Start Up fee. Offer ends 30th of September 2015.
BROADBAND & ENTERTAINMENT BUNDLE: The $15 per month Optus TV with Fetch Connect Package fee and the $15 Entertainment Package fee are waived for the duration of your plan. If you move to a Plan without Optus TV with Fetch the monthly credits will cease. Storage based on Standard Definition recordings.
BUSINESS PHONE & BROADBAND BUNDLE: International inclusions and rates can be found at optus.com.au/worldsaver. Other rates are available at optus.com.au/standardagreements. Available to eligible business customers who connect the services in the same name and address to the Optus Direct, Optus Cable or Optus NBN networks.
$10 Bundle Discount: Services must be at the same address. One $10 monthly discount per fixed service. If you become ineligible for the discount, it may be removed without notice. Not available in conjunction with any other bundle discount offer.
Cancellation: If you cancel any or all services within the committed term, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Any remaining Optus services will be moved to the closest alternative of our standard plans.
Serviceability: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee connection until we successfully install your service.
Optus TV with Fetch: Optus TV with Fetch requires an active fixed broadband Internet connection with a download speed of at least 3Mbps, a widescreen TV and free-to-air TV service with an external antenna connection. You may also need a powerline adapter, which you can purchase from us for $40. New customers will receive a 2nd Generation set top box (STB) (or any latest version when available). A $135 processing fee applies if you want to upgrade from a 1st Gen to a 2nd Gen STB. Note: to access Netflix through Optus TV with Fetch, a 2nd Gen STB is required.
Note: Optus TV with Fetch is only to be used for residential purposes. Optus will disconnect the Optus TV with Fetch service if it is used for commercial purposes. Optus TV with Fetch data usage is only zero rated on the Optus broadband network.
Speed: Many factors affect speed such as internet traffic, your line condition, your hardware and software, the data source or destination and your location.
We do not offer Priority Assistance. A provider who does is Telstra.
