We understand how important your mobile is to you. To help companies get the most from their mobile fleets, Optus offers:
Optus Extended Warranty
Extended Warranty starts at the end of the manufacturer's warranty period and extends the manufacturer's warranty by twelve months. During both the manufacturer's and extended warranty period, Optus will rectify phone faults covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Excludes BlackBerry®.
Optus Repair Direct
Optus Repair Direct is especially designed for customers with multiple locations, or with mobile fleet users on the go. When a fault occurs, customers simply courier the faulty phone, along with a completed Repair Service form and Proof of Purchase, to their nearest Optus Repair Centre. Optus Mobile Service will repair the mobile phone and return it via courier to the customer.
Customers may also drop-off faulty phones, along with a Repair Service Form and Proof of Purchase, at Optus World or authorised Premium Dealer locations. Based on availability, many outlets may provide Business Mobile customers with a courtesy loan phone for the period of repair. Repaired phones will be returned to the dealer location, and the dealer will notify the customer that their phone is ready for pick-up.
Courtesy Loan Phone Program
Optus may offer a courtesy loan phone option for customers with large Optus Mobile fleets.
If a user is having problems with a handset, they can take it to a fleet manager or designated point of contact within their company who will exchange it for a courtesy phone on the spot. The mobile phone is sent in for repair and swapped back once it is fixed.
