Technical overview

The following service offerings are currently available with SingTel Optus ConnectPlus MRS

  • Basic package (router monitoring)
  • Enhanced package (router monitoring plus performance reporting)
  • Additional reports (optional)
  • Change and configuration management.

If you subscribe to the enhanced package an online account will be created to enable you to view your reports online.
