OneTouch Live Classroom - This advanced e-Learning application puts your presenter in front of any number of participants in a lively classroom-style environment. Using Live Classroom, any number of classrooms, with a virtually unlimited number of participants, can join in a lesson.
OneTouch Live Desktop - A highly scalable browser-based e-Learning solution that seamlessly integrates real-time streaming video, high-resolution graphics, two-way audio, two-way data interaction and application sharing capabilities. In short, it provides one of the most advanced and powerful distributed learning solutions available.
OneTouch On Demand - This set of software applications that allows you to use recognised e-Learning interactivity and presentation capabilities for on-demand, offline, self-paced training and communication.

What is Optus' satellite solutions experience?

Can I order the entire end-to-end service for satellite solutions from Optus?
Yes. Optus provides a one-stop-shop service, which allows a customer a single point of contract through which they can order the end-to-end service from Optus.
In the event of a service fault, the one-stop-shop facility allows for single-point-of-contact fault reporting. This means that you need only notify Optus of the fault and Optus will manage the fault rectification to conclusion.
How is end-to-end satellite service billed?
In a one-stop-shop application Optus Satellite Services will issue you a single monthly bill for the end-to-end service.
