Technical overview

SingTel Optus ConnectPlus Ethernet VPN is a Layer2 VPN using state-of-the-art VPLS technology coupled with SingTel's own private MPLS backbone.

Our carrier-class Ethernet VPN solution does not require any VPN equipment at your business premises. This minimises the need for investment or maintenance of dedicated VPN equipment. We are able to provision and manage the VPN centrally, removing the network complexity from your international business operations. Network managers have autonomy over the IP routing.
