Commercial overview
SMS is charged per message sent (up to 160 characters). There is no fee to receive an SMS.

*International SMS is only available with overseas networks which have an International SMS agreement with Optus. Message charges are incurred on sending the message, regardless of successful delivery. It may take up to eight days from the original send date for the message charges to be applied.
