Billing FAQs

How much do I pay to send and receive emails on my phone?

You simply pay for the volume of data you send and receive - you do not pay a fixed cost per email. So, if an email is 15kb, you pay the cost of downloading 15kb of data on your applicable plan.

You can easily manage your mobile data by changing the settings on your mobile so that you only download a part of each email. For example, you can set your phone so that it does not download attachments and it only downloads the first 5kb of each email.
