Service levels are managed in accordance with service level targets, objectives and agreed parameters. These are measured and pre-defined reports are provided on performance against the agreed service levels.
Alphawest's Enterprise Management Centre provides proactive performance management to monitor the health of the firewall environment. Devices are routinely maintained and moves adds and changes are a standard part of the package.
Using state-of-the-art technology, firewall devices are interrogated at regular intervals to ascertain their status and performance. Alarms are automatically raised when issues are detected. We monitor, manage and resolve issues to reduce chances of serious impacts. Should you need to report a suspected fault, we provide a single point of contact for resolution. Diagnosis and resolution can in many instances be carried out remotely, which significantly increases speed to resolution, reduces down time, and loss of service.
We work with customers to identify requirements so the right firewall solution is chosen.
