Who we sponsor
Optus sponsors a wide range of sports, arts and entertainment associations. This includes:
- Australian Open Tennis
- Belvoir St Theatre
- Carlton Football Club
- Optus and Football Federation of Australia
- Optus RockCorps
- Optus Flix in the Stix
- Optus Golf Challenge
Please note: our current sponsorship objectives are fulfilled by these relationships. Therefore, we are not proactively seeking new sponsorship opportunities at this time. You may, however, still apply if you wish to be considered in the future.

Who we won't sponsor
Please note that the following types of activities do not fit with our sponsorship criteria:
- Events held outside of Australia
- International aid programs
- One-off events
- Individual sponsorship
- Corporate hospitality
- Activities supporting religious or political groups
- Activities of a hazardous or dangerous nature
- Activities that do not align with our core values and brand, or that do not meet our evaluation criteria
- Activities that involve our competitors
- In-kind services
How long will you need to wait?
Optus receives a large number of requests for sponsorship. We will endeavour to provide you with a response within 2-4 weeks. If you are applying for sponsorship, please ensure that you submit your request at least 3 months prior to your event or activity.
