Vicki Brady is the Managing Director of Optus’ Customer division and is responsible for owning Optus’ relationship with the customer end to end. This includes customer care, logistics, credit and billing as well as customer insights and retention.
Vicki was previously the Managing Director of Optus Wholesale and Satellite (2008 – 2012) where she as responsible for the sales, marketing, operational and commercial functions of the division.
Prior to heading up Optus Wholesale and Satellite, Vicki was based in Singapore, where she was SingTel’s Vice President, Consumer Marketing. In this role she led all aspects of marketing including product strategy, customer relationship management, marketing communications, customer knowledge and customer devices.
During her tenure, two notable achievements included SingTel becoming the leader in the prepaid mobile business and cementing SingTel as the leading telco in the region with the successful launch of Mio – a quadruple play of fixed line telephony, mobile and broadband and IPTV.
Vicki has over 16 years’ experience in the telecommunication industry. Vicki joined Optus in 1997, and held various senior positions in Marketing, Sales and Commercial for Optus Mobile before moving to SingTel in 2003. Before joining Optus, Vicki worked at KPMG.
Throughout her career, Vicki has performed strongly within the SingTel Group and has been responsible for delivering strategic marketing campaigns and establishing a strong customer focus across the group.
She holds a Masters of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
