Taking steps to further enhance the customer experience, Optus recently unveiled its newly designed retail store 'The Optus 'yes' Shop' in Centrepoint, Sydney.
The new design signals the next evolution in Optus' retail channel, showcasing Optus outlets as full-service network stores.
Warren Hardy, Managing Director Optus Consumer, said the new store design reflects Optus' direction of delivering a superior customer experience.
"Flexibility and convenience is what Optus is all about. We are and will continue to be the 'yes' brand," Mr Hardy said.
"The Optus 'yes' Shops are our premium retail distribution channel for consumers and small businesses. They sell and support Optus' full product suite, including 3G mobile phones and plans, internet and broadband services and wireless products and accessories.
"The new stores feature a contemporary yellow and white design with modern black and white animal murals painted on the walls to reflect Optus' highly successful animal and nature brand.
"The shops also include digital media solutions and a greater ability to demonstrate Optus products and services in real-time. Shop employees will also have new uniforms, to assist us in building our brand image.
"I am confident that people in Sydney's CBD area will find this new store easy to navigate as our friendly staff deliver tailored solutions to meet their individual needs. This includes a wider range of Optus content and 3G services,"” Mr Hardy said.
