Optus announced today the launch of Total Business Cap, a new range of cap plans that allow small business customers to share a set monthly value across a range of services, including mobile voice and wireless broadband.
Phil McDermott, Head of Product Marketing, Optus Small and Medium Business, said "These new cap plans offer our customers a range of benefits including controlling costs, flexible usage and best of all one bill.
"Many small business operators have fluctuating work patterns which are often reflected in fluctuating monthly bills. Total Business Caps offer true and simple value that will help our customers to control these usage patterns.
"Customers can use as much or as little of their allocated monthly buckets of value across all eligible services on their business accounts. We are also rewarding our customers for their loyalty with a bonus equipment credit to spend on a selection of handsets and devices when they sign up to an eligible 12 or 24 month plan," Mr McDermott said.
Total Business Mobile Cap will suit all levels of usage for small businesses with anywhere between two to 75 mobile users. For example, customers with two to seven users on the same account will have $1200 of included value* for $299 per month.
This monthly value includes national voice calls and text, national video calls, national MMS, VoiceMail, PTT and 124YES(937) on the same account and the ability to add on additional value for BlackBerry usage.
These plans also offer Fleet calls where customers can take advantage of free 10 minute voice calls to other GSM mobiles on their business account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
