AFL Footy Phone packages offer the choice of a Nokia 3210e or 5110e, as well as phone cover in your favourite team colours and the Optus Update Service. In addition, the 3210e pack features programmable ring tones which play the theme song of most AFL clubs.
The Optus Update Service is the AFL's official mobile messaging service and includes 10 free messages per month. So if you can not make the game, the full and half time scores are at your fingertips, and more importantly now the finals are approaching, the messages make it easy to follow the competition's progress.
The Optus Update Service runs all year round to keep you entertained outside of the AFL season. The service offers a choice of results including cricket, racing, golf, English Premier League, as well as stock market updates, horoscopes, weather and traffic conditions.
