The Optus portal provides ideal opportunities for brands to promote their products and services to a targeted audience. Brands wishing to advertise through Optus Media must adhere to the Optus Advertising Guidelines. These guidelines are designed to protect Optus customers and advertisers, and ensure Optus Media remains a premium advertising channel.
In order to place advertisements on the Portal or to resell that advertising space, the advertiser will need to enter into Optus' Advertising Standard Agreement (for advertisers or sales agent as applicable). The obligations of Optus under the Agreement are non-exclusive.
The advertiser will be bound by the terms of the Agreement and accordingly, will also be required to comply with these Guidelines and all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards and codes.
