Optus has one major meeting per year with its Consumer Liaison Forum, a group of consumer representatives whose organisations have an interest in telecommunications issues. The consumer representatives who make up the Forum are representatives of peak body consumer and small business organisations.
In addition to the annual Forum meetings, Optus liaises individually and works with members in sub-committees on items of interest or relating to their areas of expertise. Similarly, Forum members also assisted in the development of Optus' Cultural and Linguistic Diversity Plan.
